Starting from the idea of a Blended Experience, we partnered with Accenture Interactive to craft a new concept for illy.com—one that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s content strategy and digital transformation goals. Together, we explored the perfect blend between hyper-personalized consumer (B2C) and customer (B2B) experiences, with a sharp focus on content that speaks to both. The result? A full mobile-first redesign of the site that respects illy’s brand guidelines while delivering a new, more immersive and user-friendly experience.
